2009

Ø  In April, signed a subscription agreement with the International Finance Corporation (“IFC”), a member of the World Bank Group. IFC entered as strategic investor of the Group and provide a loan of US$20,000,000 for the construction and operation of the New Urea Plant, thereby ensuring a strong capital support for the project.

Ø  In May, carried out a series of relief works in the disaster areas after “Wenchuan Earthquake of 5.12”

Ø  On 25 August, transferred to the Main Board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited from the Growth Enterprise Market (“GEM”)

Ø  The Project of New Urea Plant with annual productivity of ammonia and urea of approximately 400,000 tonnes and 450,000 tonnes commenced to construction   

Ø  Acquired phosphates mines in Sichuan

Ø  Organized the “Second Forum on the Development of BB Fertilizers Industry” with China Co-operation Times in Beijing on 7th July 2006

Ø  Acquired ammonia and urea production equipment from USA for the New Urea Plant

Ø  Qingdao Ko Yo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was founded
