Ø  Ko Yo Development Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Group, was accredited the award of “International Top 100 Recycle Economy Enterprises” ( 国际循环经济100 强)by the “2008 Asia Pacific Annual Chinese-Economy Council for Investment & Financing the 3rd China International Recycle Economy Summit” (2008 亚太（投融资）华人经济年会暨第三届中国国际循环经济高峰论坛) on 29th December 2008.

Ø  Li Weiruo, Chairman of the Board of the Company, was accredited the award of “World Economy Top 10 Outstanding Chinese Entrepreneurs” ( 世界十大华人杰出企业家奖).

Ø  Chengdu Ko Yo Compound Fertilizers Co., Limited, the subsidiary of the Group, was accredited the award of “Asia 10 Most Innovative Brand Award” (「亚洲十大最具创新品牌奖」) by “Asia Brand Ceremony Organizing Committee” (「亚洲品牌盛典组委会」) in September 2007.

Ø  Mr. Li Weiruo, Chairman of the Group was also accredited as “Asia 10 Brand Innovative Personality Award” ( 「亚洲品牌十大创新人物奖」).

Ø  The brand of “Testing Soil for Formulated Fertilization of Ko Yo” ( 玖源测方) of our Group has been selected by China Cooperation Times, China Agricultural Means of Production Magazine (《中国农资》杂志社) and China National Agricultural Means of Production Circulation Association as “The Most Valuable Brand in the Chinese Agriculture Industry 2006” in October 2006.

Ø  After spending nearly half year on internet voting and election by the assessment committee, “Testing Soil for Formulated Fertilization of Ko Yo BB Fertilizers（玖源测方BB 肥)” of Chengdu Ko Yo Compound Fertilizer Co., Limited (“Chengdu Ko Yo Compound”) was awarded the “Top Ten Influential Brand in China's Compound Fertilizer Industry” at the “Third Annual China Influential Brands Forum”, which was held in Beijing's Great Hall of the People on 31st January 2007.

ü  One of outstanding petrolic and chemical enterprises by National Petrolic and Chemical Enterprises Association in Sep, 2005;

Ø  The BB Fertilizers of the Group was awarded the "Certification of Fertilizers of No Public Environmental Harm Agricultural Products of Sichuan Province issued by the Sichuan Agricultural Bureau in February 2003;

Ø  Chengdu Ko Yo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd was awarded as the " Top 50 Industrial Enterprises in Chengdu in 2002" by Chengdu Municipal Committee of the China Communist Party and Chengdu Municipal People's Government in April 2003;

Ø  Chengdu Ko Yo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd and Chengdu Ko Yo Compound Fertilizer Co., Ltd were awarded as the " National Model Enterprise of the Industry in Terms of Quality" and "National Model Enterprise in Terms of Quality, Services and Trustworthiness" by China Association of Quality Inspection in April 2003
